Research
Vista Partners produces dependable research on companies with a market cap under $600 million to enable our clients to make timely and informed investment decisions.
We begin our research process by examining a company's product(s) to determine its efficacy, efficiency and scalability. The next step is to interview current customers, potential customers and competitors to determine if the product is positioned to succeed within the marketplace and if there is a sustained competitive advantage. We then interview management to determine the company's strengths and weaknesses in addition to assessing their short and long-term goals and objectives. Next we evaluate the business based on its fundamentals to determine what assumptions are built into the current stock price and whether the company is undervalued, appropriately priced or overvalued.
Upon gathering this information, we construct a research report that contains valuable analyses to assist investors in their investment decisions.
Equity Awareness
Vista Partners has established a significant following as a result of our investment recommendations. Small and micro cap public companies that suffer from low liquidity and a lack of awareness can utilize our research and services to enhance awareness amongst the investment community.
